Our beloved seasonal mosque event will take place next on 30th November 2025. So, be swift in securing your spot for this autumn's gathering here. It's the ideal place for those who prefer the traditional setting for getting to know potential partners. The event is open only to FYS members. In addition to our beloved mosque gatherings, in 2023 we introduced exciting social activity events, including archery, axe throwing and a special FYS training. These new events take place more frequently, and they're designed to help you get to know one another in a different light, ultimately strengthening our community. By participating in our activity events, you'll see each other from a different perspective, fostering deeper connections. Plus, you'll be contributing to the growth of a larger, supportive ummah, which can be invaluable in your spouse-searching journey.

Find Your Spouse is a project dedicated to help you to find a Muslim spouse for marriage, not a boyfriend/girlfriend or any other type of relationship. Thus, before you fill in the questionnaire, please think whether you are ready for a marriage?

You are invited for a virtual meeting to further discuss your personal requirements in a more bespoke manner.

Visit an event
You will be invited for an introduction event. Your family/chaperone can also attend the event as well. At the event you will be introduced to your potential spouses.

We go through this process together:
At the end of the event you select via our system whom of the potential spouses you found interesting and with whom you would like further discussion.
- First you fill in the questionnaire, which helps you better to identify who you are looking for, as all of us would like to have a pious spouse, but there is more to it and often we forget to think about it. Allah created us different so that we find the spouse who complements our differences, thus it is beneficial if you think about what such a person would look like.
- We have an introductory meeting on Zoom, where we do our due diligence to check that the person who filled in the questionnaire is real via ID check and also to discuss your profile, priorities and preferences.
- Then you are welcome to come for our face to face event in the mosque, where in a friendly, but halal, atmosphere we introduce you to potential spouses via halal ice breakers and facilitated group discussion. Our volunteers make the atmosphere warm and make sure that everyone is heard and has chance to speak and ask questions.
At the end of the event you select via our system whom of the potential spouses you found interesting and with whom you would like further discussion.

Your contact details will be kept private in line with GDPR. Information from the questionnaire will be made available to potential spouses to get to know you, before introductions begin.
