We have participants registered aged 18 years upwards to 65-year-old, but there is no maximum.

What is the ratio of male to female members?
This is ever changing as we are receiving new registrations every day. Also, it depends on age, in some ages ratio is 40/60, in others 50/50, and in some 60/40. At our events, we aim to ensure an equal ratio of male to female attendance, but of course we cannot control if someone signs up and then cannot attend an event for some reason.

Your matches depend on your profile and criteria you put for your spouse. The more realistic they are, the more matches you get. There is no minimum or maximum. For example, if someone puts that they are looking for a spouse who is 20 years younger, there is less chances of getting a match comparing to if you put that you are looking for someone closer to your age.

None can guarantee that you will find a husband/wife, only Allah knows. We do guarantee that we will work hard to personally introduce you to participants who fit your main criteria, if you fit theirs.

Why do you have a registration fee?
This allows us to provide you with a thorough and safe service by conducting personal meetings with all members confirming their identity and status. It also helps us give you the best quality service where we can talk with you to fully understand your requirements so we can personally find you the best matches.

How much does registration cost?
A registration fee of £50 allows you to receive manually processed matches for 6 months (you receive one email with the link to your profile, and then you need to check it on regular basis, as new people join our programme daily, and it gets updated regularly), attend one face to face event. After your first event, you are welcome to join more events during your membership period for £20 per event.

I don’t like any of my matches, can I get a refund?
If you had introductory meeting and received the link to your profile with or without your matches then we are unable to offer you a refund, as it means that the service had been already provided. The fee allows us to provide you with a personal meeting with a member of our team, followed by manually selected matches.
We strive to offer you the best service, however whether you receive matches and what kind of matches you receive depend on your profile and your criteria.
If you registered, but did not have yet an introductory zoom meeting, then we can offer a full refund within 14 days of registration.

No. Your name, phone number, postcode, and date of birth are kept private. Other members will only see your age and a unique profile ID no. to use when expressing an interest. Only if you like each other, then email and first name are shared between you two.

You don’t need to do anything from here. Our team are diligently tracking and will contact you as soon as you receive a mutual interest. Usually this is updated once a month and then if you had a mutual interest, then both will be invited for a bonus mini event. During this event you will be invited to be part of a the small group of other participants in couples, there will be a facilitated discussion and you will be able to talk directly to your selected partner. Mahrams are welcome, but not obligatory (1 per person or more, if space permits).

We have a team who manually verify each user who registers and pays registration fee. We conduct an introductory meeting with all our members where they are required to provide evidence of their identity and status in this country.

I am a sister; can I have my introductory meeting with a female?
We have a female-led team, at the moment all of our meetings are conducted by a female. In emergencies there might be last minute substitute with a male member of our team, but so far, we did not have any.

We ask that all participants looking for a spouse register themselves for the purpose of safeguarding personal information. Thus, if you are a parent, sister, brother, friend or relative and what to register someone else, this is not possible, they have to register themselves, but you can send them link and pay for service, if you like. In case if payment is made by another person, please notify us via email about this: admin@findyourspouse.co.uk.

Do you accept registrations from outside the UK?
Our service is mainly for the ummah of brothers and sisters in London, but we do have some international applicants as well. You are welcome to register, but it is worth taking into account that currently most of the participants are looking for their spouse in the UK, and only few would be willing to move abroad. Please do note that our face-to-face events at the moment are always held in London.

Whilst the majority of our members reside in London, we do have some participants who are based in other cities across the UK and/or willing to relocate. Please do note that our face to face events at the moment are always held in London.

Step 2. Have your Zoom introductory meeting with us - at this stage you will be asked to provide evidence of your identity and residency here in the UK.
Step 3. After the zoom meeting, in approximately 2–4 weeks, we will send you an email with the link to your profile – underneath your profile there will be a list of potential matches.
