Are there toilets at the ice rink?
Certainly, there are toilets just outside the venue. To access them, kindly remove your skates and wear your shoes. If you need assistance, please visit the Customer Services office.
Can I take photographs?
Photography for personal use is permitted. However, for safety reasons, selfie sticks, large cameras, video cameras, or audio recording devices are not allowed on the ice. Tripods are also not permitted on-site for safety reasons.
Can I use my own ice skates?
Absolutely, feel free to bring your own skates, and it won't impact your ticket price. Do note that Speed Skates are not allowed on the ice, and the organisers reserve the right to disallow personal skates if deemed unsuitable. However, the venue will not sharpen personal ice skates on-site.
Is there parking?
All car parks operate on a cashless system, accepting only debit/credit cards or contactless payments. Please ensure you use these methods for your parking session.
Where can I leave my belongings?
For safety, no bags are allowed on the ice. Please bring only essentials. Use a £1 coin in the lockers or buy a locker token for £1.00 via credit/debit card at the entrance. Note that only the venue's locker tokens are accepted; generic tokens won't work. Avoid bringing large baggage or valuables, as they won't fit in lockers. The venue accepts no responsibility for personal belongings.
